Senior Event Producer
We are looking to speak to someone who’s a walking encyclopaedia of contacts and number savvy to make real waves in the London market, despite being a sub-25 head agency.
Your role will support the Event Director and Event Producer at every point, from inquiry to the event itself.
You’re going to know the person to turn to when you require a special kind of caterer, or which AV company can deliver the spectacular light show the client wants. You’ll also be heavily involved in budget planning and costing which will drive your decisions to ensure the profitability of the events.
Expected to use your initiative, passion, and past experiences you will take full responsibility for your own projects with the support of a wider team.
This agency-client list rivals any you will see in the event sector, winning & working with massive household names on incredible events; For anyone looking for that springboard to accelerate your career, this is a role for you.
Everyone at this agency has an entrepreneurial spirit and really takes ownership of the project and events they work on – this extends to building your network of contacts and career progression.
How are they doing this despite being a sub-25 head agency?
Well, they can create anything for their clients, and as an employee, you will learn how to problem-solve, design an entire production set, build it and manage it!
There is a real investment in your onboarding and onward progression with the agency, the training you receive is second to none; you will very soon be one of the people involved in training new starters.
The head office is based in the centre of London, so there is a very active social scene, with the (frequent) wins celebrated together often.
If you are interested or want to know more (including seeing the full client job brief), send me a message, DM, call me – whatever is easiest. Having an up-to-date CV to hand is ideal, but if you haven’t got one immediately, we can still chat through the position, and you can learn more.
Naturally, every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.
