Whisper it quietly, but this event business has just had the best 2 years in their 20 year history!

They have grown their client based to north of 40 and run upwards of 200 events each year. The majority of work they do is across the tech sector but have a couple of fast-growing sectors supplementing this.

Due to this growth, we are looking for an Event Executive to join the 25 strong based team in London! This role encompasses support the event manager on a wide range of events (you will be working on multiple at a time).

This may be your first role in the event sector (but have a very keen interest to be in it), or you may have a couple of years’ experience in a junior role. Your personal development will be invested in (everyone has a PDP from day 1).

One of the main reasons these folks have been able to retain and win so many new clients is their focus on the customer experience. We want someone who isn’t a ‘can wait until tomorrow’ attitude, but more a ‘carpe diem’ approach. You will be super organised and will have your finger on the pulse of everything that is going on.

You will be treated like the professional you are here. There’s no clock watching or micro-managing, you are trusted and will be empowered to deliver incredible experiences for your customers. It’s an incredibly agile environment so if you enjoy a fast paced environment, this would definitely suit you!

The is a clear pathway for progression here, where you can see a clear pathway to Event Manager and beyond – you have a great senior leadership team to learn from! There is also opportunity to travel internationally, so someone who enjoys attending ‘in person events’ will love this.

They are based in a beautiful office, which has stunning views across London as well as an on site Gym. Although you’re not expected to be there every day (remember, you’re trusted and empowered) there is a great social element with regular team events (especially through summer when they have 2pm finish on Fridays fortnightly).
