Project Administration Assistant
Website YOU Exclusive
We are looking for a project administration assistant to join our client based in Tamworth who is a genuine market leader in technology.
Having survived Covid and being back and busier than ever the team is ever. As a result, the team is expanding and this is where you come in.
You will work closely with the project managers to ensure that clients receive the best service. With a busy and vibrant office, you will be the glue that keeps everything ticking over.
It sounds cliché, but no two days are likely to be the same here. If you are someone who enjoys variety and being proactive (whilst meticulous) you will love it here.
It is a pre-requisite but organisational skills with a can-do attitude are essential, as you help in every aspect of delivering the events; from working with sales on the initial inquiry, to physically attending the events to make sure everything runs smoothly.
You will be coming into a great environment, and there is an investment in your progression. There is nothing they want more than for you to work your way up through the company.
If you have the drive to succeed there are genuine opportunities to progress into project manager roles. The office environment is a very positive place to be and everyone moves together to help one another succeed – this is most definitely a team environment.
In terms of a salary you will be looking at £21,000 per year as well as other perks like duvet days, healthcare, a generous pension contribution and a company who understands that always being in the office 9-5 is not practical.
If you are interested or want to know more, call me, send me a message, DM or e-mail – whatever is easiest. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants.
We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.
Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary.
