They have grown their client based to north of 40 and run upwards of 200 events each year, and have diversified their offering, to include a range of marketing services; social media campaigns, content creation, copy writing, digital and more.

Due to this, a brand-new position has been created, in the form of Marketing Project Manager.

Having been in the marketing industry (likely at an agency) and run end to end marketing projects before, you will have a pretty idea of what this encompasses. This is from pitching, client management, right through to the performance reviews post campaign – you will have done this before and understand the intricacies of it.

You’re going to need to know what you are talking about when it comes to marketing, as this is a client facing role and one of the main reasons these folks have been able to retain and win so many new clients is their focus on the customer experience. We want someone who isn’t a ‘can wait until tomorrow’ attitude, but more a ‘carpe diem’ approach.

You will be treated like the professional you are here. There’s no clock watching or micro-managing, you are trusted and will be empowered to deliver incredible experiences for your customers. It’s an incredibly agile environment so if you enjoy working where you can enable change and execute no ideas – this is it.

They are based in a beautiful office, which has stunning views across London as well as an on site Gym. Although you’re not expected to be there every day (remember, you’re trusted and empowered) there is a great social element with regular team events (especially through summer when they have 2pm finish on Fridays fortnightly).

From a salary perspective you are looking from £35,000 to £45,000 with an annual bonus (which has been hit the last two years), which you will receive a share of. You will receive 25 days + bank holidays, birthday off, Christmas shut down and lots of opportunity to travel!
