Sales Executive

YOU Exclusive
We are looking for an entrepreneurial (AKA someone who craves autonomy and doesn’t like their hand being held) salesperson to join a tech client of ours, based in London.
You will generate new business, create marketing campaigns, and offer exemplary account management to a growing customer base (some big names in there!).
As this position spans both account management and new business, you’re likely to be someone who loves the thrill of the sales cycle, but then retaining your customers and cultivating that relationship.
You will be someone that has your finger on the pulse of the UK venues and events space and knows their business, as this is what you will be talking about with your prospect’s day in, day out.
You will be working on a small, but growing team who target venues (of varying sizes) across the UK and globally. There is professional development opportunity here as the team grows.
This role is going to suit someone who can commute and knows their way around London – as that is where the highest concentration of your accounts and potential customers will be. It’s a great opportunity to get out, expand your network and put faces to names.
On top of the base salary of £26,000 – £28,000 you will have an uncapped commission scheme (as a top earner you can expect to earn 45k+), which is paid monthly. There is EMI schemes, regular team socials, professional development opportunities, home office funds (£200!) and free wellbeing coaching and therapy sessions as part of their mental health initiative.
If you are interested or want to know more (including seeing the full client job brief), send me a message, DM, or call me – whatever is easiest. Having an up-to-date CV to hand is ideal, but if you haven’t got one immediately, we can still chat through the position, and you can learn more.
Naturally, every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.
