We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our client based in Tamworth who are a genuine market leader in event technology.

Having survived Covid and being back and busier than ever the team are ever. As a result the team is expanding and this is where you come in.

You will join the sales team in a dynamic B2B sales role. You will love the challenge of winning new business through both hot (yes, they are well known enough to have inbound) and cold leads. You are going to close business both face to face as well as virtually, so it is important you are confident doing both.

You are proactive and have great communication skills as you keep clients ticking over at each stage of the sales cycle, which can typically last around 6 months (although there are plenty of quick wins to be had). It’s going to make a huge different if you have worked in the event sector before, as you will have immediate buy in of the technology they provide.

Having come from a similar sales background for the last 5 years, you will be very used to building rapport quickly, dealing with rejection and maximising every opportunity.

There is a great environment here and they genuinely want you to progress. There is opportunity for steady and considerable progression here (aiming for sales director level). This isn’t a place where information is siloed – it is a great team effort.

In terms of a salary you will be looking at up to £30,000 per year as well as other perks like duvet days, healthcare, a generous pension contribution and a company who understand that always being in the office 9-5 is not practical. There is of course an achievable OTE, which we can explain on the call.
