You will work alongside a head of department on 8 annual congresses, which spans the globe – so being prepared to be away from home for a few weeks at a time is important in this role. Having already worked a similar position, you do not need lecturing (especially from a recruiter!) on what is expected and involved in this role. But…
You will support with the full end-to-end spectrum of the congress cycle, so an excellent understanding of the financial impacts for a project, focusing on profitability and client transparency, to be able to manage an event from initial budget to job closure is important.

They have an office just south of Leeds. You’re treated like the professional that you are here, so can choose your days in the office (most people do 2 or 3) and also you start and finish times (they have flexible working). It’s a dog friendly office, so you’re welcome to bring your pooch with you when you go in!
I’d love to share the full job specification and creds deck, so please contact me for a chat so we can arrange that.
From a salary perspective, you are looking at between £35,000 and £40,000 and will have access to a whole raft of other benefits. If you are interested or want to know more, call me, send me a message, DM, carrier pigeon – whatever is easiest.
