Website YOU Exclusive
We are looking for a project coordinator to work with a brand experience and production agency. Most of their projects are at festivals, sports events and trendy bars – so if that floats your boat, we should talk.
This is likely to be your second job in the event sector and we are looking for candidates that ooze enthusiasm for developing a career in what is (surely?) one of the greatest sectors in the UK! You are likely already at an event agency and thinking it’s time to move on.
You’ll be joining a great company at a great time, they are consistently winning new business and their key clients have a real thirst work.
With a diverse team working across Europe, the core is based just North of London (WD6) at their European HQ. They work in the office Tue, Wed & Thur, so you can work from anywhere on Mondays and Fridays.
This company will be a real springboard for your career and can offer genuine hierarchal and renumeration development – it’s a real meritocracy here and they want you to push yourself to progress. Their demonstrable examples of internal progression, and their incredible retention rates mean you will really be able to plot out your career path here.
As a project coordinator you will work across several different clients and projects, so you’re going to be adaptable, hugely organised and have your finger on the pulse. There is an incredibly hands on approach here – so you can expect directors to be working alongside you on even the most mundane of tasks. Some of the things you can expect to do are:
- Drive project coordination through project teams
- Develop project timelines
- Create meeting summaries and reports
- Support with client briefs and proposals
- Venue finding
- Logistics management (booking accommodation and travel etc.
From a package perspective, you are looking at a base salary of between £20,000 and £28,000, with plenty of other benefits.
If you are interested or want to know more (including seeing the full client job brief), send me a message, DM, call me – whatever is easiest. Having an up-to-date CV to hand is ideal, but if you haven’t got one immediately, we can still chat through the position, and you can learn more.
Naturally, every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.
