Are you someone who takes great pride in their workplace, and treats their clients like friends?
We’re looking for a venue manager to work in one of central London’s finest working, meeting and networking spaces.
They have 4 meeting spaces across zone 1 in London – all of which have unique and beautiful features. They provide spaces to their clients to meet in, to work in and to network in.
As a venue manager, you are the person that makes sure they clients are happy. Whether this be making sure all of the facilities are bang up to scratch, or that your team of client partners are primed and ready to serve and delight their customers.
It’s going to make sense that you come from some form of venue management background. Whether this be co-working space, building manager or even a hospitality venue manager – you will have a lot of the pre-requisite skills we need.
It obviously goes without saying that you will have exceptional people skills, as you will be customer facing, you will have an incredible eye for detail, as you will maintain the aesthetics of the venue and finally, you know how to manage a team.
This business have a fantastic track record of promoting from within, so you can expect to have a clearly defined career path with them.
As you will be looking after a beautiful venue, it makes sense that you will spend the majority of your time there, but there are options to work from home, if you need to.
From a salary perspective you are looking at a salary between £35,000 and £40,000 depending on your experience level. You will also benefit from a bonus, free freshly cooked breakfast and lunch, as well as huge personal progression potential.
