We are looking for a full time Project Manager to join our London based client.  Project managers/Event Producers are the glue that hold the events together. Working alongside and supporting Account Managers, the Project Managers are all about the detail.

They connect brands and decision makers through multi-sensory experiences. They use contemporary design, smart technology, and insights to create environments and experiences that truly resonate with audiences.

You will join the business at the start of a growth period, so will have plenty of opportunity for personal progression and close contact with senior leadership teams to absorb their considerable knowledge.

Essentially, your role will be to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of projects end to end. You’re going to bring your previous experience as an event producer/project manager to liaise with external stakeholders/suppliers, resource plan, produce project timelines and ensure delivery schedules are considered and kept to.

Something you will be excellent at is the ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts – so strong diplomacy skills.

I’m afraid if you have not worked event agency side and delivered events, we cannot consider you. We are not looking for IT Project Managers, Construction Project Managers or Finance managers – so please ensure you have read the requirements properly and can relate to the skillsets in the event industry.

They operate out of a WeWork in Waterloo, which you will be at Tue – Thurs (Mon + Fri WFH if you want).

You’ll be on £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience, with various other benefits etc. which we can go in to when we speak.
