Whisper it quietly, but this event business has just had the best 2 years in their 20+ year history!

They have grown their client base to north of 40 and run upwards of 200 events each year. The majority of work they do is across the tech sector, but have a couple of fast-growing sectors supplementing this.

Due to this growth, we are looking for a trade show Project Manager to join the 25 strong team based in London! This role encompasses the development of each client’s stand presence, sourcing stand builders where appropriate and working closely with the key contact and other team members to deliver a successful event.

Having been in the industry and run end-to-end trade shows before, you’re going to be highly self-motivated, driven, and professional – and know what being a trade show project manager requires.

One of the main reasons these folks have been able to retain and win so many new clients is their focus on the customer experience. We want someone who isn’t a ‘it can wait until tomorrow’ attitude, but more a ‘carpe diem’ approach. You will be a consultant and embrace a consultative, embedded approach to your client relationships.

You will be treated like the professional you are here. There’s no clock watching or micro-managing, you are trusted and will be empowered to deliver incredible experiences for your clients. It’s an incredibly agile environment so if you enjoy working where you can enable change and execute no ideas – this is it.

They are based in a beautiful office, which has stunning views across London as well as an on-site Gym. Although you’re not expected to be there every day (remember, you’re trusted and empowered) there is a great social element with regular team events (especially through summer when they have 2pm finish on Fridays fortnightly).

From a salary perspective, you are looking up to £38,000, with an annual bonus (which has been hit the last two years), which you will receive a share of. You will receive 25 days + bank holidays, birthday off, Christmas shut down and much more!
