We are looking for a Project Communication Executive to work with an award-winning event management specialist company. You will manage the administration of international events, specialising in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.

They are seeing huge growth across their clients in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector and want to support their clients as best they can by bolstering their ranks.

You will manage the travelling of event attendees, this includes booking flights, responding to requests for travel information and managing the registration site so you are going to need to be highly organised and able to deliver what’s promised.

You will also support attendee visa requests and ensure individual registrations receive their etickets ahead of the events. Due to the importance of getting your responsibilities right, you are going to be someone who has a strong attention to detail.

You will be working with an event agency that has achieved platinum certification with EcoVadis for sustainability, as a team they embrace new ideas and innovations, to ensure they make a difference when navigating the new world of live events.

They have an office just south of Leeds. You’re treated like the professional that you are here. Although you will be required to be in the office full time during training, there is some flexibility on the days you go in once you get the hang of things. It’s a dog friendly office, so you’re welcome to bring your pooch with you when you go in!

From a salary perspective, you are looking at between £23,000 and £25,000 and will have access to a whole raft of other benefits. This position is a fixed contract (until the end of April 2023) but there is the possibility to make it permanent for the right candidate.

If you are interested or want to know more, call me, send me a message, DM, carrier pigeon – whatever is easiest.

We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts. Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary.
