Account Director
Working in internal comms, how do you engage an audience, convey messages, create an emotional response and instigate change when you’re not in front of people all the time?
Internal communications have become THE most important tool for employers with a disparate workforce.
We are looking for an Account Director to join a highly agile and boutique agency that has roughed up the so-called “big” agencies and forged a name for itself due to their outstanding output in the B2B space.
You will oversee the execution of individual projects, taking responsibility for ensuring that agency output adheres to client objectives, meets client deadlines, and achieves agency quality standards.
You will be the brief owner, responsible for understanding the aims and objectives of each project and cascading to your project team, leading and managing relevant internal teams on the planning and development of relationships and project delivery.
They’ve grown to £5m TO and 10 people in just over 5 years, and work mainly with a retained roster of clients due to the quality of their work, with storytelling at the heart of this.
So are strategic thinking and people that give a genuinely care about the work they produce.
This is where you come in.
You’ll be the person that everyone comes back to.
The person who oversees the project, campaign, creative and strategy, whilst supporting the client’s objective and adding your insight.
This is a fully remote based role, so you can be based anywhere in the UK and do all your great work from wherever you work best.
From a package perspective, you are looking at a base salary of between £65,000 and £75,000, with plenty of other benefits (it’s a long list, way too long to list in an advert!).
If you are interested or want to know more (including seeing the full client job brief), send me a message, DM, call me – whatever is easiest. Having an up-to-date CV to hand is ideal, but if you haven’t got one immediately, we can still chat through the position, and you can learn more.
Naturally, every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.
