We are looking for a Client services director to join a brand experience agency, that work with some of the biggest clients in the world!

You will join the senior leadership team. They don’t sit on high and point. They’re in it with you.

You’re going to be kept busy supporting the other 33 people (you will have 8 direct reports) in this £15m turnover agency who are bringing in new clients left, right and centre (when you see their client list and work, you will understand why).

They’re busy delivering exhibitions, activations, conferences all around the world. They have an inhouse production facility and build their sets etc. on site, so are all encompassing.

We’re looking for the person that makes all this tick, the heartbeat of the agency. The person with all the systems knowledge, procedural expertise, team leadership, wisdom sharing, mentoring from experience, recruiting, managing, and developing people softer touch stuff.

You’ll be the person who the whole team lean on for advice and guidance, the one crossing the t’s and dotting the I’ and bringing in new ideas to help the whole place run smoother. The conductor of the orchestra if you like!

You will need experience in this sector as we want you to have the gravitas to walk in and day 1 and for people to listen. You’re going to want to be knocking on the door of an MD position in the next few years.

This role is based in east London, and you’re going to need to be able to get to the office around 3 times a week (your team needs you!) depending on work schedules etc.

From a package perspective, you are looking at a base salary of between £75,000 and £100,000, with plenty of other benefits (it’s a long list, way too long to list in an advert!).
