Are you the one in a group who organises where you go out to eat/socialise/have fun and arranges everything in meticulous details? Fancy doing it professionally?

We are looking for an Italian or Spanish speaking Groups Reservations Executive to join our client, who put on private corporate events throughout the UK, with their international clients.

They have been industry leaders for the last 30 years, working with high profile corporate clients offering bespoke solutions across the UK and Ireland. They take pride in the personal service that they can give their clients, using innovation and imagination to ensure that every trip has a unique feel!

Being a groups reservations executive, it will be your responsibility to execute group reservations for hotels and accommodation and understand the best attractions and event venues for your clients to enjoy. You will keep in contact with your clients daily to ensure they are happy through the duration of their trip.

Due to the responsibilities of the role, you’re going to have good knowledge of the major cities within the UK as well as knowledge of London’s finest hotels, booking coaches, restaurants etc. You will be self-motivated, extremely organised and have good negotiation skills. You will also need UK inbound tourism experience.

It goes without saying that you will have a passion for tourism and hospitality, and will love the satisfaction on putting on memorable events.

Forming great relationships with clients is paramount as you not only meet their expectations but exceed them time, and time again. You will need to be fluent in Italian or Spanish, both written and spoken – please do not apply if you are not.

From a salary perspective you are looking at between £25,000 and £35,000 depending on your experience for this role. The head office is in London (Euston), so easily commutable for most people. You will be able to work two days a week remotely once probation is passed.
