This will potentially be the biggest account you will ever work on…

We are looking for a Junior Account Director (you could be someone who is at senior AM level knocking on the AD door), to work with a pioneering experiential and content marketing agency, who deliver exceptional ideas, which are rooted in reality.

You will work with the biggest accounts in the business (if not industry), on 30-40 experiential events per year. There will be a number of key objectives you are going to work with; quality, results, reputation, leadership and culture.

You’ll probably find yourself frequently in the production studio asking questions like ‘is this possible or am I crazy?’ or ‘will this fit’ or ‘are you looking forward to the company ski trip’?

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit (yes, I know this is a commonly thrown around cliché), but you will be someone who will be pitching suggestions to the client before they’ve even considered it a reality – you will be someone who gets stuff done!

You will be someone who is happy rolling their sleeves up (yep, another cliché) and wants to be actively involved with your wider team (which is about 15 people). It kind of goes without saying you must be an experience with ‘on site’ events (think festivals, freshers’ weeks, Brighton pride etc.)

As well as ideas, client management, production, and delivery, you will very much be someone who can run a budget, to the penny.

They have a sensible approach to where you work from – they typically work 3 or so days in the office (remember that close relationship with the production team), so living within a commutable distance to Reading (5 mins from the train station) is really important.

From a salary perspective you are looking at a salary between £45,000 and £55,000 depending on your experience level. You will also benefit from profit share schemes, personal bonus and trips away – as well as plenty of personal progression opportunity.
