Junior Project Manager
We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager, who loves the creative world, to join our full-service experience agency client.
You will be joining a business that connects people to brands, products, and services through the delivery of innovative and insightful experiences.
They work with some of the biggest brands in the world – brands you will be familiar with and will become great ambassadors of. They are driven by delivering significant, measurable impact with their clients and these immersive experiences can take the form of many different projects – but are always delivered to the highest standard.
You will play a central operational role on a variety of projects (research, administration, project management, onsite support etc.) and will be the person that prepares project documentation (timing plans, call sheets, agendas etc.), conducts venue searches, keeps project budgets up to date and also supports delivery on site.
You’re going to be someone who has their finger on the pulse of a business and can organise anything to the nth degree! In an ideal world you will have used software such as Procim, Aventri and Cvent.
You may be a project coordinator for an event/marketing/brand agency who wants more of an integral role and clear path to becoming a project manager, or you may be a junior PM who loves the creative world and is looking to work exclusively with big brand!
Their office is based just outside London, and they have a sensible approach to home working, with people spending around 1 day with the team in the office and the rest remote. They also offer flexi time as well, so giving you huge flexibility. Please make sure you can attend the office in Chiswick 1 day a week!
It is important to state that this is a role for a communications agency, it is not an IT.based project role – so experience running IT projects is not what we’re looking for. Although, if you are looking to transition from that, please include a cover note explaining.
You’ll start on around £28,000 depending on your experience, with other benefits such as WFH energy allowance, company bonus, 30 days annual leave (plus 3 days over Christmas!).
If you are interested or want to know more, call me, send me a message, DM or e-mail – whatever is easiest. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.
Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary.
