We are looking for an Italian or Spanish speaking Reservation Executive to join our client, who put on events, tours and holidays throughout the UK, for their international clients.
They have been industry leaders for the last 30 years, working with high profile corporate clients offering bespoke solutions across the UK and Ireland. They take pride in the personal service that they can give their clients, using innovation and imagination to ensure that every trip has a unique feel!
Being a FIT Reservations Executive, it will be your responsibility to ensure bookings are dealt with correctly and that the booking process runs smooth for your clients. The role is admin based – you will deal with enquiries, provide daily contact to your clients, maintain client data accurately, be able to provide price enquiries etc.
Due to the responsibilities of the role, you’re going to have a basic understanding of London’s finest hotels and many attractions. You may have worked in a hotel group, tour operator or travel agency in the past. You will be self-motivated, extremely organised and have good communication skills. It goes without saying that you will have a passion for tourism and hospitality!
Forming great relationships with clients is paramount as you not only meet their expectations but exceed them time, and time again. You will need to be fluent in Italian or Spanish, both written and spoken – please do not apply if you are not.
From a salary perspective you are looking at between £23,000 and £30,000 depending on your experience for this role. The head office is in London (Euston), so easily commutable for most people. You will be able to work two days a week remotely once probation is passed.
