We are looking for a Digital eLearning Developer to work with an award winning and very fast-growing comms agency serving global clients in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods!

They have more than tripled the team in the last three years and have the security of scale, but a unique culture based on agility, high energy and exceeding client expectations.

With a diverse team of 55 across mainly the UKL (50 UK) the business is currently using remote working having closed offices during COVID. Hybrid working is likely to be necessary for parts of the team over time and is reviewed regularly.

This company will be a real springboard for your career and can offer genuine hierarchal and renumeration development – it’s a real meritocracy here and they want you to push yourself to progress. It’s an agile environment so they can do things a lot of other businesses cannot.

As a Digital eLearning Developer, you will be part of the digital team. You are going to be very creative and skilled at creating and developing online learning programs. You will be responsible for creating the overall look and feel of the programs, as well as how they function and how your clients interact with them.

To be successful in this role, you need to be good at using design software like Adobe XD, Photoshop, and you need to be skilled in coding languages like HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript. You should also have experience working on eLearning projects, either as part of a team or on your own. You will have instructional design, graphic design, and project management experience.

It’s important that you are energetic, creative, and able to work well with others, as you will be working with a variety of people, including full-time team members, freelance workers, and external agencies.

From a package perspective, you are looking at a base salary of between £40,000 and £50,000, with plenty of other benefit like private healthcare, annual bonuses and team away days (last one was NYC!).

If you are interested or want to know more (including seeing the full client job brief), send me a message, DM, call me – whatever is easiest. Having an up-to-date CV to hand is ideal, but if you haven’t got one immediately, we can still chat through the position, and you can learn more.

Naturally, every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.
