We are looking for a Film Production & Operations Manager to join a highly agile and boutique agency that has roughed up the so-called “big” agencies and forged a name for itself due to their outstanding output in the B2B space!

You will oversee the operational running of the film production team, in an agency that has grown to £5m TO and 10 people in just over 5 years, working mainly with a retained roster of clients – because of the quality of their work, with storytelling at the heart of this.

You will be working with award winning creators, producers and filmmakers, you will oversee and manage a range of film, photographic and postproduction processes from planning through to execution. The work you execute here is going to look amazing on your showreel.

You’re going to come from a film production ops background (ideally working with corporate clients), so you will be brilliantly organised and will bring order and process to existing ways of working! You’ll be ably assisted by someone who has been with the business a while and can impart processes and existing knowledge on to you.

You will oversee all shoot logistics, which are in the globally as well as the UK – so will require some international travel as you get to know your crews around the world.

They have a newly kitted out office and studio in SW18, which you’ll be at 2/3 days a week, there needs to be some flexibility on that

From a package perspective, you are looking at a base salary of between £45,000 and £55,000, with plenty of other benefits (it’s a long list, way too long to list in an advert!).
