Conference Producer

Website YOU Exclusive
We are looking for an event producer to work with an award winning agency (they really know what they’re doing) who run conferences in the UK!
They are a large-scale international enterprise technology event series exploring Cyber Security, Identity and Access Management, AI & Big Data, Cloud, Security and Risk Management.
They hold conferences and exhibitions in London, Amsterdam, and Frankfurt with thousands of attendees and hundreds of sponsors at the events!
You will be someone who is very good at identifying and securing high quality speakers, as well as devising high quality conference agendas. Research is going to be a massive weapon in your armoury, and you will enjoy spending time testing ideas and identifying good commercial opportunities.
As a conference producer, I don’t need to tell you in minute detail what you will be doing on a day to day basis; but to avoid confusion you will be creating conference agendas, researching market trends/hot topics, recruiting senior level speakers, work with project teams on catch ups, working on marketing copy, liaising with sponsors to deliver the speaking opportunities and finally updating websites etc. (aaand breathe).
The business has a head office in Manchester but are completely open to remote working as they don’t have a handholding/micromanaging environment. You are trusted and empowered to do what you do best.
From a package perspective, you are looking at a base salary of between £30,000 and £45,000, depending on your experience.
If you are interested or want to know more (including seeing the full client job brief), send me a message, DM, call me – whatever is easiest. Having an up-to-date CV to hand is ideal, but if you haven’t got one immediately, we can still chat through the position, and you can learn more.
Naturally, every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.
