Website YOU Exclusive
We are looking for a HR Advisor to work with an award winning and very fast-growing comms agency serving global clients in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods sectors!
You’ll be joining a great company at a great time, they have more than tripled the team in the last three years and have the security of scale, but a unique culture based on agility, high energy and exceeding client expectations.
With a diverse team of 80 across mainly the UK the business is currently using remote working having closed offices during COVID. You will work under the head of HR and have a close relationship built on trust collaboration.
You will be a HR professional who has spent a number of years developing HR policies and procedures and someone that enjoys being employee facing! You will still enjoy the administration side of the job, as this role will require you to perform a lot of the usual admin tasks.
The agency are fast-growing and have a real commitment to developing from within, so this role will suit you if you’re ambitious and have plans to develop on to HRM and HRBP level.
Personality is key with this role, we’re looking for candidates that have great communication skills and can articulate their passion for the HR world effectively. We know this is hard to articulate on a CV, so a cover note would really help to explain how you differ from all the other candidates.
The role is completely remote based but would require occasional travel to the north-west of England (Manchester) from time to time, but plenty of notice would be given when you do need to.
From a package perspective, you are looking at a base salary of between £35,000 and £40,000, with plenty of other benefit like private healthcare, annual bonuses and team away days (last one was NYC!).
If you are interested or want to know more (including seeing the full client job brief), send me a message, DM, call me – whatever is easiest. Having an up-to-date CV to hand is ideal, but if you haven’t got one immediately, we can still chat through the position, and you can learn more.
Naturally, every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.
