Head of Sales

Website YOU Exclusive
Working for a small company on a steep growth trajectory brings many benefits…
Accelerated, personal and professional progression, exposure to the inner workings of a business, close relationships with (big, blue chip) clients to name a few.
I am looking for a Head of Sales for a digital product design agency. They are award winning and widely regarded as being outstanding in their field. They create incredible digital products for business and brands you will have heard of.
As the Head of Sales, you will run the full end to end cycle of new business. Sales cycles start at around 3 months, with some deals taking years to complete. You will own, strategize and execute the entire process.
You will be targeting CTO’s, marketing directors and sometimes c-suite level people in businesses who typically have headcounts over 5000. You will need to be someone who is comfortable operating at this level and can demonstrate the ability to build relationships and convert them in to deals, without being a hard seller.
But you likely know this already, as you’ll be selling digital products to businesses already – doing deals regularly over £50,000. You probably don’t hate your current role, you just want something…better.
In terms of work set up, that is down to you, they have a beautiful office space in West Oxfordshire, but you will likely be someone who likes being in front of clients, making things happen – so your location isn’t overly important. From a salary perspective you are looking at £50,000 to £60,000 DOE, you will also be able to earn commission on the sales you make, meaning you can earn very well! For the right candidate, they are also prepared to provide equity/share schemes.
If you are interested or want to know more, send me a message, DM, call me – whatever is easiest. Having an up-to-date CV to hand is ideal, but if you haven’t got one immediately, we can still chat through the position and you can learn more
Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail, if you feel necessary.
