Looking for a new challenge in the world of experiential design? We’re hiring a new business manager for our B Corp certified design agency!
As the agency new business manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering high quality work that creates unforgettable experiences, every time. You’ll be managing a junior team and inspiring others inside and outside the agency.
They are a new-generation, multi-discipline experience design studio that specializes in creating unique brand experiences across a wide range of industries. They work with commercial brands to produce immersive experiences that amplify their marketing efforts!
You’re going to be someone who is comfortable responding to responding to inbound leads (they get about 20 a week here!), taking briefs and then creating pitch documents and then moving the deal along.
You will be someone who is goal orientated and has a demonstrable track record of exceeding targets. There will be pressure to perform in this role, so it makes sense for you to be someone who thrives in this kind of environment.
If you are passionate about sustainability, it will massively help, as they are extremely proud to be B Corp certified, which means they prioritize purpose as well as profit. They’re impassioned about using business as a force for good and are always looking for ways to make their work more robust and sustainable!
You are going to need a fair bit of experience in new business, and working on press influence events, special product launches and media launches would be hugely beneficial.
The team is based in Central London and values diversity, inclusivity, and a friendly atmosphere. You will go to the office 2/3 days a week, but there is complete flexibility around when you visit the office (only compulsory time is Tuesday afternoon). It’s a business that will value you your input, you have a development plan every 6 months, as well as bonuses twice a year.
Salary wise you’re looking at £30,000 – £40,000, depending on your experience level, with a bonus package to be tailored for the successful person.
