We are looking for a Sales Manager to join an award-winning company whose venue provides extraordinary event spaces for clients both in the corporate and public sector.

The team here are very energetic and go above and beyond to exceed client expectations. Their facilities are maintained to the highest of standards and the service they provide is exceptional. They work extremely well and close together and really respect each other. You will have a small but experienced team working underneath yourself.

With the nature of the job, it only makes sense that your time is spent at the venue which is located in the centre on London meaning easy transport links. This wonderful venue space is located right next to the River Thames so you get to enjoy the view whilst you are there.

Being a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a sales plan defining targets and objectives. It will also be your job to assist with achieving overall sales and business targets.

In terms of the managerial side to the role, you will also continuously innovate the sales department, ensure that they work well with other departments of the company and performance manage, train and develop your team.

Due to your key responsibilities, you are going to have excellent leadership, communication and relationship building skills. Ideally you will have experience working at an event venue and sales experience. You may already be a Sales Manager looking for a change or a Sales Executive ready for that next step!

From a package perspective, you are looking at a base salary of £45,000 with plenty of other benefits including a bonus scheme, private healthcare, flexible working hours, a subsidised lunch scheme, and more!
