Marketing Executive

YOU Exclusive
Some people look for a beautiful place. Others, others make a place beautiful!
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join a luxury hotel and spa group.
Your role will consist of a real marketing mix, both online and offline to support campaigns that drive high-quality leads into the business. You will do this through the creation of outstanding, varied content across a number of different channels.
You will be working as part of a small in-house marketing team (7), working closely together, and bouncing ideas off each other, so good communication skills are important for this role. Everyone is encouraged to share ideas so being a creative thinker with a natural flair will really help you!
Your subject matter is not only interesting but absolutely stunning! The group has invested huge amounts in the re-development of their properties over the last 36 months, not only bucking trends but raising standards in their industry.
If you have previous experience in copywriting this will be hugely advantageous, although not essential, as you will be supporting the creation of short and long form content. We want you to be confident in creating and running the campaigns and inputting on strategy.
The client’s ethos is to hire people with passion and positivity. They can train you for skill and nurture you to grow and achieve your goals. Professional development is very important to them, and it should be for you.
You will be based in the beautiful, refurbished Moreton-in-Marsh office, Monday – Friday, office hours. Occasionally, you will need to travel to their properties (both in the Midlands) but will be reimbursed for the travel so having a driving licence is needed for this role.
Salary wise you are looking at about £24,000 – £28,000, depending on your experience. You will also receive discounts on overnight stays, spa days as well as on food and drink.
If you are interested or want to know more (including seeing the full client job brief), send me a message, DM, call me – whatever is easiest. Having an up-to-date CV to hand is ideal, but if you haven’t got one immediately, we can still chat through the position, and you can learn more.
Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.
