We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a luxury hotel and spa group. This group has invested huge amounts in the re-development of their properties over the last 36 months, not only bucking trends but raising standards in their industry!

This is a new role to support the Marketing department with its ongoing demands and growth within the company.

Perhaps you are looking to move away from an agency background, into an inhouse role which has an ‘agency feel’ within it. We are looking for somebody who has a strong understanding of how to run a marketing process on a day-by-day basis, understanding how to implement change and a good understanding of executing marketing strategies.

As the Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for Scheduling and managing the marketing departments workload, taking briefs from internal stakeholders and basically, making sure the department runs efficiently.

You will be having board level conversations, who will expect your input and opinion on high level strategy, so you will need to be a confident individual who knows how to manage upwards.

You will be influential in the management of the department’s budgets and negotiation with suppliers, as well as liaising with the procurement team and an overall contribution to maintaining (and hopefully exceeding) GP targets.

You will be based in the beautiful, refurbished Moreton-in-Marsh office, Monday – Friday, office hours. You will be required to be working on site every day. The client’s ethos is to hire people with passion and positivity!

From a salary perspective you are looking at a salary between £40,000 and £45,000 depending on your experience level. You will also benefit from all the group’s perks including a free spa day a year, group discounts on overnight stays, spa days as well as on food and drink and many more.
