We are working with a dynamic communications consultancy based in Oxfordshire, they work with purpose driven organisations that want to make the planet a better place.

They develop comms strategies built on transparent, open two-way communication with their clients. They act as a seamless extension to internal teams, immersing themselves in the needs of the stakeholders. It’s allowed them to build meaningful relationships with clients across a number of sectors and over many years.

They are great at storytelling and bringing their businesses to life. They tackle issues that could impact their reputation and create robust crisis management strategies that can see organisations sail through the choppiest of seas.

You will work across several key accounts in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, delivering comms programmes to immaculately high standards. This is a client facing role, so you’re going to be very adept at maintaining positive, mutually beneficial relationships with your clients.

You’re going to work with a diverse team drawn from the worlds of journalism, marketing, international PR consultancies, political consultancies and senior corporate roles and have the contacts and tools to help clients engage their audiences – from government ministers to journalists and local communities.

It may sound obvious, but you’re going to need to be an expert in long and short form copy writing. You’ll enjoy taking complex briefs and turning them in to compelling content – ideally, we’d like to see examples of your work/portfolio as part of your application.

This role is based in Oxfordshire (OX15), and you’re going to need to be able to get to the office around twice a week depending on work schedules etc.

From a package perspective, you are looking at a base salary of between £30,000 and £40,000, with plenty of other benefits including 25 days holiday and other lovely bits!
