YOU Exclusive

Are you a super organised individual?

Perhaps you are a bit of a whizz when it comes to getting things done.

We are looking for a Project Staffing Coordinator to join this specialist event staffing agency! They’ve been around a while, work on some cool events and do a very good job…

For some context, this agency gets to work alongside some really cool brands and It’s going to be a very busy year, with 13 festivals booked in for year so far, including some big ones: Glastonbury, Reading, Leeds, Creamfields, Boomtown etc!

With freelance staff being such a crucial part of making the events great, it’s imperative the Staffing Coordinator in charge of the process hits the mark, every time. You will work closely with the Staffing Manager to ensure the freelance workers are spot on as they act as brand ambassadors at these events and your reputation is key into securing further business.

You will be a natural communicator as the role also includes liaising with clients and freelancers talking about the projects, how things are progressing, but mainly about managing staffing logistics (which as you will know, is complex). You will need to able to cope with high workload levels, in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects at one time.

There are great opportunities to develop your skillset within this company as they continue to grow, so this role will suit someone who wants to absorb industry knowledge from the senior team with plenty of opportunity for progression!

They have an office in West London and have a really sensible approach to flexible working. Most people do 3 days in office and 2 at home, but for the right person you could be remote based. There is no clock watching, micro-management or pettiness here.

From a package perspective, you are looking at a base salary of between £30,000 and £35,000 , with plenty of other benefit like enhanced pension scheme, enhanced holiday and a bonus!

If you are interested or want to know more, call me, send me a message, DM (Sammy Barrett) or e-mail – whatever is easiest. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.

Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary.
