Global Customer Success Manager
I am looking for a Global Customer Success Manager to join our fantastic partner, who offer best in class corporate travel and event management.
They specialise in creating removing hassle from travel and event planning for a wide range of clientele, across the globe. They work smart, offering efficiencies, as well as a high touch personal service.
You will take ownership of a selection of accounts (you’ll start with c10) of clients from the private equity, professional services, and financial world. These clients can spend anywhere from £50k up to £1m+ a year so need to be well looked after.
You’re going to be someone who will hit the ground running. Of course there is fantastic training, but it needs to be built on a knowledge of the corporate travel and events sector. So, you will have done things like pitching for new business in the sector, managing high value accounts, negotiating renewals (they have a 92% retention rate so clearly do something right!) and being client facing in this environment.
We need you to be someone who can take the initiative and create opportunities, rather than passively sit by waiting for things to happen. You’ll hold regular meetings with clients to understand requirements and identify opportunities to upsell varying services.
You’re coming into a well-established and highly thought of company, who are generally recognised as market leaders. There are levels of hierarchy so they can offer hierarchal as well as financial progression.
There is a progressive approach to flexible working here, you’ll spend 2 or 3 days a week in the office, which is based in Central London. There will be relatively regular travel with opportunities to visit places like Hong Kong, Dubai, and Las Vegas.
From a salary perspective, it will largely depend on your experience, but you can expect it to be between £45,000 and £55,000 as well as individual and company bonuses. There are numerous other corporate benefits beyond the base salary as well!
If you are interested or want to know more, call me, send me a message, DM (Will Grashoff on LinkedIn) or e-mail – whatever is easiest. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.
Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary.
