Are you a commercially driven Client Services Director/Sales Director who knows how to win new business and grow existing accounts in the AV/Immersive space?

We’re working with a fantastic partner who is going to double their headcount this year and will add to the already hugely impressive portfolio of brands they work with!

They bring show-stopping, jaw-dropping world first, interactive content to events through the unique application of sound, light, projection, and virtual reality. They create immersive experiences that will be truly memorable for audiences.

They’re led by a creative vision of what they want to achieve – so they’re constantly creating new applications of how existing technologies and equipment can be fused together to create innovative and amazing new effects. This can range from 3D Spectaculars (as seen at many high-profile events) to interactive installations and innovative gaming experiences. Most people who work there would probably do it for free, they’re hugely passionate about it.

The Client Services Director will drive new business and also grow existing accounts through consultative selling and intelligent positioning of the brand. Deal size is typically £200,000+, so operating at this level is really important.

We’re not looking for someone who believes the way to grow business is by banging down doors until someone buys. We want someone who understands the events/experiential technology world and knows how valuable interactive AV can be to an overall guest experience.

You will be a natural networker who enjoys being active in the event space. Your sales style will be consultative and your technical understanding of light/sound/AV/VR will be a huge asset when championing solutions to agencies and end clients.

The studio/R&D facility is in the North West, so the ability to travel to that a couple of times a week is important. However a lot of your clients/potential clients will be in and around London so getting there is important as well.

Salary-wise, you will be looking at between £70,000 and £80,000, depending on your experience level. You will be eligible for a bonus scheme, which is a % of the GP of the deals you close, which could see you comfortably double your base (and then some!). As they own nearly all of their own equipment, they’re a highly profitable business – so this could be a very lucrative opportunity for you. You will also be eligible for the private health care scheme as a nice little kicker.
