We are looking for a Junior Event Producer to join a B2B agency that creates business solutions through Advice, Money, and Flexible Workplace solutions for their clients.

You will be working within their Event and Live Marketing team that sits within the company’s advice department reporting into the Event Manager.

You’re joining at a time of year-on-year growth over the last five years and has even won awards such as the 17th Best Large Company to work for in London!

After all what these guys do, they do it well. As the Junior Event Producer, you will be working on a variety of your own events both in person and virtual. Predominately your clients will be in the government sector, so it is crucial that every detail is perfect.

You will design, deliver, and evaluate the full project cycle so if you have previous project management experience this will be hugely beneficial with this role.

You will be a confident pro-active individual working alongside stakeholders and internal departments to ensure each of your event is a success. You will act as the lead on your own events whilst there is also opportunity to work on some of the larger events with your peers learning from true professionals.

Team fit and culture is really important to these guys, we are looking for driven individuals who want to elevate their career. This is a 12-month maternity cover role ideally starting as soon as possible.

This is a junior position where you can develop your skills within the events sector. There is a potential for this role to turn into a permanent member of the team after 12 months, but this is subject to the company’s workload and demands.

This role is based in Central London (Barbican area), and you’re going to need to be able to get to the office around 2-3 times a week depending on work schedules etc.  You will be supplied with all equipment to ensure you can perform your job both in office and at home.

From a package perspective, you are looking at a base salary of between £28,000 and £30,000, with 25 days holiday, your birthday off and 5 volunteering days off a year to highlight just a few of their benefits!
