YOU Exclusive

We are looking for a Staffing Manager to join a specialist event staffing agency! They’ve been around a while, work on some cool events and do a very good job…

This is a genuine opportunity to really shape and dictate the devolvement of the business. They want someone who has ambitions to help grow a business, to develop the brand and to bring in new clients!

For the right person, this should grow into a managing director of the business – so there is huge potential for your personal career development here. It will mean that you will have to have excellent commercial acumen and the ability spot opportunities to improve efficiencies and generate more revenue.

It’s going to be a very busy year, with 13 festivals booked in for year so far, including some big ones: Glastonbury, Reading, Leeds, Creamfields, Boomtown etc. You will be someone who loves rolling their sleeves up and making sure things are done in the right way and clients are kept happy!

We are looking for someone who has specifically worked in promo/experiential/event staffing and understands the complexities of the training (especially when working with regulated clients). Due to the seniority of the position, someone who has worked in temp staffing, or as a temp agency controller would not be quite right.

They have an office in West London and have a really sensible approach to flexible working. Most people do 3 days in office and 2 at home, but for the right person you could be remote based. There is no clock watching, micro-management or pettiness here.

From a package perspective, you are looking at a base salary of between £35,000 and £40,000, with plenty of other benefit like enhanced pension scheme, enhanced holiday, and a bonus!

If you are interested or want to know more (including seeing the full client job brief), send me a message, DM (Sammy Barrett on LI), call me – whatever is easiest. Having an up-to-date CV to hand is ideal, but if you haven’t got one immediately, we can still chat through the position, and you can learn more.

Naturally, every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary.

We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.

Upload your CV/resume or any other relevant file. Max. file size: 39 MB.
