We are looking for a Event Production Manager to join a full-service events production company!

Our client has a reputation of care and consideration for their clients and delegates. They create live experiences that are creative, meaningful, and delivered to the highest of standards leaving attendees to feel inspired and content.

You will be involved from the very initial concept planning stage, through to delivery and postproduction of each event. You will lead these projects liaising with all areas of this company to make this happen.

We’re looking for a talented individual who is comfortable being client facing as selling is what you do best. You are the person the client will buy in to from a technical planning perspective. You’ll know how to design sets/stages, how many crew it will take to do it and how you are going to make it happen without hesitation, showing your clients why they should partner with you.

We’re looking for someone who is very knowledgeable at space planning (using CAD) to create interesting and engaging space plans for clients, utilising every inch of the venues creating memorable experiences.

This company have all the equipment to produce the shows yourselves without needing to search for AV providers or set builders enabling you to take control of the whole project.

Their office is located in the East Midlands. You will be working from the office 3 days a week, however as you can expect, this will also include travel across the country or out on events.

When you are working as the Technical Production Manager with these guys you can rest assured, you will have the flexibility for this to be paid for out of office hours or able time back in LIEU.

This isn’t a large corporate agency you are joining; this is a close-knit family feel organisation where you can produce creative experiences with the comfort of knowing you are well supported and looked after.

From a package perspective, you are looking at a base salary of between £40,000 and £42,000 (plus bonus), with plenty of other benefits and training & progression opportunities throughout the company.
