We are looking for a Senior Event Executive to join a B2B business solution provider focused on creating and building Advice, Money, and Flexible Workplace solutions for their clients.

You will be working within their Event and Live Marketing team that sits within the company’s advice department reporting into the Event Manager.

You’ll be joining at a time of continuous growth year-on-year demonstrating this over the last five years and with this being an employee-owned business means that you too, can play a part in the future of this organisation!

As the Senior Event Executive your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilitiesYou’ll oversee every aspect of event planning, from initial concept development to final execution and post-event evaluation. This includes setting objectives, creating timelines, managing budgets, coordinating logistics, and evaluating outcomes ensuring each event is a success for both attendees and client.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. This involves effective communication, relationship building, and managing expectations. Given the importance of perfection in both public and private sector programs, meticulous attention to detail is essential.

Given the nature of the role, you’ll be expected to travel regularly and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Adaptability, organization, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments are key qualities for success in this aspect. Depending on your schedule travel could sometimes be as often as a weekly occurrence across the UK.

This role is based in Central London (Barbican area), and you’re going to need to be able to get to the office around 2-3 times a week depending on work schedules etc.

From a package perspective, you are looking at a base salary of between £33,000 and £35,000, with 25 days holiday, your birthday off and 5 volunteering days off a year to highlight just a few of their benefits!
