YOU Exclusive

We’re looking for a Head of Operations to join our growing events and experiential creative production client!

You will play a pivotal role in the operations of the business as they go through a period of hyper-growth. We’re looking for someone who has been on a similar journey before and understands the potential pitfalls and how to make the growth as efficient as possible.

They bring show-stopping, jaw-dropping world first, interactive content to events through the unique application of sound, light, projection, and virtual reality. They create immersive experiences that will be truly memorable for audiences.

As the head of operations you will oversee all operational aspects of the business from supplier/vendor management, right through to what systems the business should be using. You’ll understand resource management and know how to allocate the right resources, to the right places at the right time.

You will lead a team of event producers, designers and coordinators to flawlessly execute innovative and immersive events that wow attendees and deliver the client goals. You won’t be operationally hands on, on site – but you’ll understand how to make all of that happen in an efficient way!

We’re looking for someone who has a background in agency, preferably an experiential agency who understands the dynamic of just ‘making things happen’. You’ll have also been in a company whilst going through a major growth period. We’d love to understand how you helped make that happen!

The studio/R&D facility is in the North West, so the ability to travel to that a couple of times a week is important. However a lot of your clients/potential clients will be in and around London so getting there is important as well.

Salary-wise, you will be looking at between £70,000 and £80,000, depending on your experience level alongside a discretionary performance based bonus.

If you are interested or want to know more (including seeing the full client job brief), send me a message, DM, call me – whatever is easiest. Having an up-to-date CV to hand is ideal, but if you haven’t got one immediately, we can still chat through the position, and you can learn more.

Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.
