YOU Exclusive

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to join a London based events agency who create communities in the high-end travel industry that are recognised and celebrated industry-wide for their unique approach, creative flair and breaking the ‘norm’ on how this style of events should be done!

You will focus on their North America (Miami & LA) events that are dedicated to contemporary travel and to the entertainment industry that nobody wants to miss!

As the Head of Marketing, you will get to play a huge part in the success of these events. You will be a creative genius who enjoys having both the freedom and flexibility within a role to push the boundaries and defy the typical ‘trade show’ stigma of these events.

You will gather insights both from the industry and stakeholders to ultimately develop, plan and lead the implementation of the annual marketing plan for both shows. Think, the more creative – the better!

I appreciate there is a lot of subjectivity in terms of what a Head of Marketing does so here is a bit of an overview of your key focuses:

  • Brand Building and Positioning
  • Digital Marketing Strategy and Implementation
  • Audience Expansion
  • Sponsorship Activities
  • Sales Enablement
  • Analytics and Reporting
  • Internal and External Communications on both Buyer and Supplier side
  • Relationship Management

By implementing a strategic and integrated marketing approach, closely monitoring performance metrics, and continuously optimizing efforts, you can successfully achieve the objectives of increasing brand equity, expanding event reach, acquiring new clients, and driving sales growth within these events.

We are looking for a successful leader who empowers team members to contribute their unique perspectives and talents, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement. By setting clear goals and expectations, providing support and resources, and recognizing achievements, you will inspire the team to excel and exceed expectations.

You will only be working Monday – Thursday so can enjoy a 3-day weekend, every week! The only fixed day in the office is Monday, so can choose the other day you WFH.

From a salary perspective, you are looking at between £65,000 to £70,000 per annum for the right candidate and will have access to a whole raft of other benefits including 10% discretionary annual bonus, plenty of travel opportunities and did we mention a 4-day week?

If you are interested or want to know more, call me, send me a message, DM (Sammy Barrett on LinkedIn), carrier pigeon – whatever is easiest. Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to respond if you do not agree with us.

Upload your CV/resume or any other relevant file. Max. file size: 39 MB.
