We are looking for a Production Manager to join one of the leading creative production agencies in the UK!

They work with global brands to create meaningful human experiences through conferences, award shows, virtual productions (through their in-house studio) and brand experiences. They’re a team of industry leading specialists in the fields of design, scenic construction, technical production, and live show management.

With a background in either AutoCAD or Vectorworks, you will need to possess a unique blend of creative and analytical thinking, capable of considering logistical, commercial, and creative aspects across diverse project types. Your expertise will need to extend to lighting, audio, video, power, rigging, and scenic delivery, demonstrating a strong awareness of health and safety.

Your responsibilities include offering solutions for efficient project delivery, guiding estimated figures, and acting as the internal contact for new projects. In the delivery phase, you oversee medium-scale production, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency. As the lead Production Manager, you play a crucial role in client interactions, ensuring commercial viability and timely responses.

We’re going to look for someone who has demonstrable event production management experience, ideally in large scale (and often complex) venues. Having production knowledge and being able to talk confidently with clients about things like lighting, AV and scenic production is a prerequisite. Obviously, you’re not going to know it all and you will have the in depth technical support of a technical team, but we need someone who understands the concepts and applications of these things.

This role is based in South London, and you’re going to need to be able to get to the office around 3 times a week depending on work schedules etc.

From a package perspective, you are looking at a base salary of between £45,000 and £50,000, with plenty of other benefits (it’s a long list, way too long to list in an advert!) as well as a performance-based bonus!
