As an Estimator, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Team, playing a pivotal role in the planning and execution of each project. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates and budget proposals in a timely and confident manner.

We are looking for a natural communicator with the ability to handle multiple projects at one time. You may be somebody who currently works as an installer within the events industry and understands the nature of what it is that you are quoting, or you may currently work within a similar role, but we are looking for somebody with a strong understanding of numbers when creating these events (labour hours, logistics, spec).

You will recognise, support, and advise on all design quotes advising on any nuances/restrictions that an opportunity may have. As the Estimator you will have good analytical skills with the ability to resolve and be realistic to each individual project on costs vs spend whilst providing insights and recommendations on cost-saving opportunities without compromising overall quality of each event.

Ideally you will have experience using estimating software such as Smartsheet’s as this will be a key part within this role. As you can imagine high attention to detail is crucial when working on numbers, we must ensure all information reported is correct and up to date.

Due to the nature and demands of this organisation, you will be required to be on site 5 days a week. Their Office is based in Luton, Bedfordshire so please ensure that’s within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply as we don’t have any movement on this.

Salary wise, for the Estimator is between £35,000 – £40,000 per annum depending on experience, with a range of benefits including private medical insurance, flexible start times (between 8am – 10am) every day and many more!
