We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join an media production agency who can deliver incredible quality media for their clients.

This is a new service line within a much wider group of companies in the event production sector. You will come in and build a new network of potential clients and allies to drive the business forward.

You will be working closely and reporting into the MD, who is incredibly creative and will impart all of their considerable knowledge on to you!

We’re not looking for someone who wants to pick up the phone and bash out 100 calls a day – we want someone who loves networking, social selling and can craft content that drives business to you.

You will be very adept a position company expertise, technology and services in an attractive way through a variety of channels (f2f presentations, web demos, elevator pitches at networking events).

You’re going to be someone who understands the creative and media industries and would know who to target your efforts toward in order to convert as many opportunities as possible.

You’ll need to be self-motivated and autonomous, being your own boss (not sitting around waiting for things to come to them) and enjoying making things happen is key.

Their studio is based in East London, but you’re not required to be there every day. You’re the kind of person who loves being out there networking, creating content and meeting your clients!

From a salary perspective you are looking at a base of £35,000 – £40,000, as well as a commission which could see your earnings really accelerate! You’ll also be part of a wider group benefits package which will give you some lovely perks!
