Senior Delegate Manager

YOU Exclusive

We are working with an award winning event management and venue find company, and we’re looking for a Senior Delegate Manager to join their team!

You will be responsible for keeping up to date with the latest event technology trends, building event registration websites & Apps, overseeing the delegate registration process, managing attendee relations, and ensuring the seamless execution of all delegate-related aspects of their events.

You are joining someone who are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences and creating meaning connections for clients and attendees.

I’m going to use some slightly cliched terms here, but they are really pertinent for the Senior

Guest Manager role: organised, eye for detail, passionate, team player, creative thinker, great listener, analytical and good negotiation skills.

You’re going to manage the entire registration process from start to finish, which starts with taking a client brief, website/app build right through to post event reporting.

It’s incredibly important you know your way around Cvent or CrowdComms (or other event registration tools) and know how to ensure the smooth on-site registration and check-in processes, as well as collecting and analysing delegate data to identify trends, demographics and preferences. Because of this you will need previous experience in an event environment in a digital/delegate management role.

You will spend 3 days a week in the Wiltshire office, with travel as well. You will also spend time hosting clients, so this will often fall outside of ‘normal’ office hours. Most of this will be UK based, but there could international travel down the line.

From a salary perspective you’re looking at between £28,000 and £35,000, There’s also a long, long list of corporate benefits (as mentioned they have built a great culture and love to look after their team).

If you are interested or want to know more (including seeing the full client job brief), send me a message, DM, call me – whatever is easiest. Having an up-to-date CV to hand is ideal, but if you haven’t got one immediately, we can still chat through the position, and you can learn more.

Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.

Upload your CV/resume or any other relevant file. Max. file size: 39 MB.
