YOU Exclusive

We are looking for an Executive Event Producer to join a brand experience agency, that work with some of the biggest clients in the world (honestly, they’re clients I’d love to work with as well).

You will join the projects team, reporting into the Director of Client Services. You’re joining at a time of growth (through new client acquisition) and everybody in the business is busy delivering exhibitions, activations, conferences all around the world.

What is also interesting, is that they have an in-house production facility and build their sets etc. on site, so are all encompassing.

We need someone who is comfortable leading complex projects and managing teams of senior producers. You will work on accounts accounts with budgets of £1m plus (we’re looking for someone who has experience working to this level already). You will lead on client communication, manage teams, delegate tasks, negotiate contracts, oversee suppliers and be someone who makes things happen.

I appreciate there is a lot of subjectivity from agency to agency in terms of what a producer does, but here, here is a bit of an overview of your high-level responsibilities:

  • You will manage large scale complex events and projects, or a project area, and lead on the end-to-end delivery ensuring all logistical plans are in place.
  • You will be accountable for the quality of delivery, leading teams and demonstrating a proactive approach to your work.
  • You will be a point of contact for the clients and provide up to date comms and manage expectations.
  • You will develop and manage complex budgets.
  • You will be involved in the pitching process.
  • You will champion the clients sustainability practices.

Because of the size and scale, you’re going to need to come from the event industry, from a similar role, working on projects with budgets of £1m+

This is a senior position and the client are willing to invest in your training and development, ensuring continuous professional development and growth within the company. There are clear pathways to progress upward in the business.

This role is based in east London, and you’re going to need to be able to get to the office around 3 times a week depending on work schedules etc.

From a package perspective, you are looking at a base salary of between £50,000 and £60,000, with plenty of other benefits (it’s a long list, way too long to list in an advert!).

If you are interested or want to know more (including seeing the full client job brief), send me a message, DM, call me – whatever is easiest. Having an up-to-date CV to hand is ideal, but if you haven’t got one immediately, we can still chat through the position, and you can learn more.

Naturally, every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.

Upload your CV/resume or any other relevant file. Max. file size: 39 MB.
