We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join a global experiential marketing agency that are going through a period of growth!

You will work with a brand leader in the nicotine sector, so having experience of this would be ideal – but not essential. We are looking for someone who comes from a brand experience agency and has lead on complex clients before

You will lead on client communication, coordinate project teams, delegate tasks, oversee suppliers and be someone who just gets the work done. They will have close to 1000 live days next year and you will be pivotal in the roll out of these.

The set up here is great, you have a field operations team, a projects team, client services team and also a staffing team that you will work on projects with. There’s a ‘no blame’ culture here and it’s a really tight knit team.

This is a senior position and the client are willing to invest in your training and development, ensuring continuous professional development and growth within the company. It’s not the kind of place where you will continually need to ask for pay rises or bonuses; they are excellent and recognising and rewarding people – it’s a genuine meritocracy. They have excellent average length of service and a happy workforce.

The client have offices in West and North of London and you can expect to spend 3 days a week in the West London office (ideally) or North of London office (on the Chiltern Main line overground and Met line).

From a package perspective, you are looking at a base salary of between £35,000 and £45,000, with plenty of other benefits (it’s a long list, way too long to list in an advert!).
