We are looking for a Senior technical event producer to join a media production company we are working with!

They have a long-standing reputation of care and consideration for clients and delegates. They create experiences (both Live and Virtual) that are carefully considered, well designed and executed with precision.

This is where you come in. You are involved from the very initial concept planning stage, through to delivery and postproduction. You will work with communicators, designers, logistics planners and creatives to make this happen.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable being client facing. You are the person the client will buy in to from a technical planning perspective. You’ll know how to design sets/stages, how many crew it will take to do it and how you make it happen.

You will be adept at costing up jobs and then managing budgets. Typically, the projects range from £30,000 right up to £1m+ so working to this level is incredibly important.

We’re looking for someone who is very adept at space planning (using CAD) and can work with the head of strategy to create interesting and engaging space plans for clients. They’re massively considerate to things like delegate and user experience, and you’ll work with experts in other areas of the business to create something special.

This is a senior position, and the client are willing to invest in your training and development, as there will be clear pathways (for the right person) into a head of or director role within the SLT.

The office is located in the East Midlands, with the normal office days being Tuesday and Wednesday. Obviously when workload dictates you may need to do more days in the office, but you can rest assured you will probably get the next week working from home – they take your health and wellbeing very seriously here.

From a package perspective, you are looking at a base salary of between £40,000 and £45,000 (plus bonus), with plenty of other benefits (it’s a long list, way too long to list in an advert!).
