We are working with an integrated brand experience agency, and we’re looking for a Senior Production Manager to lead on the technical delivery of projects across the agency.

They solutions for £2+ million budget blue chip clients across the globe. Their expertise spans global campaigns, sports sponsorships, and digital events, reflecting the creative prowess they possess.

You will be involved from pre-production through to onsite delivery and you’re going to be comfortable being in front of clients advising and influencing technical decisions, using your excellent AV knowledge. In an ideal world you will have experience using Q-lab, Vectorworks, Sketch-up or AutoCAD, as these will be tools you will use daily.

We’re looking for someone who has previous event agency experience and understands the client/agency dynamic. You’re coming into a fast-paced environment, with often very short lead times to make events happen! But this won’t phase you as you will have a large portfolio of successfully delivered events.

Your projects will be anything from £10k to £2m, so having worked on large scale mass participation events is important here. There is huge variety across the projects you work on, so you will be someone who can think beyond ‘off the shelf’ solutions for clients.

You will spend 3 days a week in the SW London office (Monday being the only compulsory day) and a fair amount of time on site/with clients. This role includes frequent international travel, so it’s important you have the ability to travel the world regularly (5/6 times a year and for 7+ days).

From a salary perspective you’re looking at between £45,000 and £60,000, and there’s also a long, long list of corporate benefits (as mentioned they have built a great culture and love to look after their team).
